To reserve your space, please send this registration form and fee 50% deposit of full tuition to The Ivy League Language School. The remainder of the tuition fee must be paid on or before the first day of class. The director of The Ivy League Language Spanish Immersion Class reserves the right to cancel a class because of insufficient number of students or any other reason. In that case, full payment will be reimbursed to participants.

Refund Policy and Agreement

If you register and pay for your child to attend the ILLS Language Summer Camp, and your child is unable to attend for any reason, you agree to receive a refund according to the following terms exclusively:

If you cancel: You will receive:

*60 calendar days before the first day of class - Full refund of all money paid

*Between 59 and 30 calendar days before the first day of class - A refund of 50%

*29 calendar days before the first day of class - No refund will be granted (0%)

Waiver Release: The undersigned Parent/Guardian/ Responsible Adult releases the Ivy League Language School, LLC (ILLS, LLC) from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, claims and/or causes of action, including but not limited to all bodily injuries arising out of their child’s or children’s participation in ILLS, LLC activities. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify ILLS, LLC, their owner(s), employees, members, agents, representatives and other organizations affiliated with them and hold them harmless for any liability, loss, damage, cost, claim, judgment or settlement which may be brought or entered against them as a result of participation in this program.

The undersigned Parent/Guardian/ Responsible Adult agrees that any photograph, video or digital image taken of you or your children while participating in any ILLS, LLC activity may be use for the promotional purposes of ILLS, LLC.
